Random post of my week

Hi! So right now I am halfway through the exam week. Yay! I am so realifed, because I have had huge stress litreally all the time. But yeah this is just a random post of my week.

My exam week started this tuesday and ends next tuesday. I have had biology, swedish, social studies and geography exams.

This friday I was eating at Splizzeria with my friends after we made our exams. We we´re also shopping and of course talking about all the girls things haha!

Today, saturday I was celebrating my cousin´s 9th birthday with my lovely relatives. There was so many good foods and desserts, like the donuts down below.

                         Positive vibes 
This is a post that I have wanted to do for a long time. I have really realized that I only have this one life to do whatever I want and I can be who the hell I wanna be. Your close ones or friends doesn't decide that, it's YOU. My motto in life is dream, be happy, be you and enjoy life!
                                              Dreams

We all have goals that we want to achieve like getting fit for the summer, learn how to do cartwheel etc. The goals can be quite small or big, but the fact is that we all can make anything happen if we really want. I have said many times that I want to learn how to cook in 2016 and I have already made own pizza and rocky road cupcakes (look my last few posts if you´re interested)! I want to learn more and become better. When I was at middle school I wasn´t good at cooking, but now I want to learn more and become better. Everything is possible!

Be happy

Right now I have exam week and I feel like how i´m going to get trough this. But then I remember that some kids don´t even have the opportunity to go to school. Everyone of us should be thankful for having a good life. We have food, own home, clothes, school etc. But I guess that is what human nature is, nothing is never good. Let´s just cherish what we have and help others who don´t have all!

                                                             Be you

I have noticed how much I have changed, in a good way. I am a real me and if someone doesn´t like me then it´s totally fine. When I was young I was really shy and i´m still, but I have opened little bit. Being shy is apart of me. I just hate when people say that being shy is a bad thing, because it´s not! I also hate that in these days how you get friends is looking fake and not standing out of the croud. I am weird and that´s part of me and I love having friends who are also not like all the people. I love nothing more than people who are 100% themselfs.

                                                         Enjoy life

We usually thing all the bad things in our lifes instead of what is good. I have wanted to change that. Always in the Morning when I wake up I think all the good things like it´s not raining outside, all my close ones are okay etc. It really helps! I have always wanted to help others and it´s what I like to do for my living also. Doing even the little things can make someones day better. You can open the door for someone, smile or give a nice compliment! Like Audrey Hepburn said "You have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others."

 

 

                            Another Rocky Road recipe
My last post was about the delicious rocky road cupcakes that I made with my friends. I just love this so much I thought that I could share these recipes with you. This is from Demilehti (my favorite magazine). We just have added more ingredients in this. It´s really easy to do also.
You can choose what ever you want to put in it. I like putting my own made popcorn, because it´s much healthier. Also marshmallows, salted peanuts, licorice and of course chocolate.

 

 

 

Melt the chocolate, drain it on top of all the materials and then put it in the fridge. Let it be there for a while and enjoy!

 

 

                             Yummy Rocky Road cupcakes
One of my goal for this year is to learn how to cook different desserts and foods. I made few weeks ago super good pizza with my family. We made everything starting from the pizza base to the toppings! It was so good.
I got a cake book by Jamie Oliver for christmas present. I haven´t tried anything yet, because I wanted to start with something simple. Me, my sister and my best friend we´re having girls night last weekend, watching Fifty Shades of Grey and eating of course! But we also made these really tasty chocolate cupcakes. They we´re so good that I ate five cupcakes... Ups! 
I wanted to share the recipe with you:

Dough:
2 dl wheat flour                                                       (dl=decilitre)
1 ½ tl baking powder                                              (tl=teaspoon)
½ tl salt                                                                
1 tl vanillasugar
1 ¼ dl dark cocoa powder
75 g butter or margarine
1 ¾ dl sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ dl hand warm milk
60 g chocolate crumb

Icing (make this first):
(We applied this so this is just our version, but just mix these together in electric mixer and put in the fridge)
1 jar of vanillacream
1 jar of peach curd
vanillasugar

1. Mix the mix the dry ingredients together. Beat the butter and sugar until stiff. Add eggs one by one.

2.Mix at low power whipping among the first well the flour mixture and thereafter alternately in small batches rest flour mixture and hand warm milk. Finally, add the chocolate crumb.

3.Pour the batter cups. (Use the option in addition to paper trays.)

4.Bake at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes. Let it cool down prior to be coated.

On top of them you can put marshmallows, salted peanuts and chocolate crumb.

                    Christmas presents

Hello and happy new year! Can´t believe that it´s 2016 now. This is going to be the best year: i´m seeing 5SOS finally and I am going to be a godmother! I´m so excited.
 So christmas was last week. Hope everyone of you had peaceful christmas. I was with my relatives and we ate and talked about everything.
Best christmas present that I got was tickets to see 5SOS on June 3rd this year. I also got many gift cards, lipsticks, clothes and so on... here are the pics.

Getting to know me

 

Hi again! It´s haven´t been a long time since I have written, but I just realized that I have never told anything about myself. This is ackward... but yeah this is my post before x-mas. Here we go!

 

I´m 16 year old girl from Finland. I´m turning 17 in four months omg! I might seem very shy, but when í´m with people who I know really well I am craziest person ever. I think I am bit weird also (nobody usually gets the things I say, but that´s just me.)

My family/relatives/friends are the most important thing for me in the whole world :)

Hi! Christmas is just around the corner, only less than one week. I can´t wait. Next week my christmas holiday starts. I really need a vacation because I am so tired because the school.

It was snowing this week but by now it has melted. I really want a white christmas. But I have listened christmas songs to get some christmas spirit!
